Call our office to make an appointment. We are open Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM each day.

*Please note we may be closed in observance of certain holidays.

Documents Needed For Registration:

Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of immunizations
Physical dated within one year of start of the school date
Proof of Residency
Copy of Parent/Guardian Photo I.D
