Supply List

Personal Items Needed

• 1 full sleeve of diapers/pullups
• 2 packs of wipes
• 1 nap mat (must be Kindermat – can be found at Walmart, Target, or Amazon)
• 1 small blanket (please no blankets with pillows attached)
• 2 full changes of clothes in labeled Ziploc:
  • 2 tops
  • 2 bottoms
  • 2 underwear
  • 2 socks
  • 1 extra pair of shoes (preferably Crocs or similar for water play days)
• 1 water bottle (labeled with name)
• 1 backpack (please no backpacks with wheels)
• 1 family picture that can be laminated

School Supply Items Needed

• 3 boxes of tissues
• 3 packs of Lysol wipes
• 1 ream of copy paper
• 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
• 1 bottle of white glue
• 4-pack of Play-Doh
• 1 pack of outside chalk
• 1 pack of construction paper
• 1 pair of safety training scissors
• 1 pack of plain white paper plates (cheap ones – no Styrofoam)

Boys Only

• 1 pack gallon storage bags
• 1 pack white cardstock

Girls Only

• 1 pack colored cardstock (any mixed assorted colors)
• 1 pack sandwich bags
