Personal Items Needed

• 1 backpack (please no backpacks with wheels)
• 1 blanket for naptime (please no large blankets or pillows)
• 1 nap mat (must be a KinderMat – available at Target, Walmart, or Amazon)
• 2 complete changes of clothes (labeled in a Ziploc bag):
  • 2 tops
  • 2 bottoms
  • 2 pairs of underwear
  • 2 pairs of socks
  • 1 pair of shoes
• 1 pack of pull-ups (if needed)
• 1 family picture (4×6) to be laminated and displayed in the classroom

School Supplies Needed

• 1 plastic pencil box (label with child’s name)
• 1 pack of Crayola crayons
• 1 pack of Expo markers
• 1 pack of Play-Doh
• 1 Clorox wipe
• 1 pack of glue sticks
• 1 pack of baby wipes
• 1 box of tissues
• 2 packs of construction paper
• 1 ream of white copy paper
• 1 box of gallon Ziploc bags
