Dr. Gretchen Rudolph-Fladd, Principal

Dr. Gretchen Rudolph-Fladd is a proud graduate of Pasco County Schools and has dedicated over 25 years to serving the students and families of her home district. She earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Leo College and continued her education at Saint Leo University, where she completed her graduate studies.

Dr. Rudolph-Fladd began her career in education as a classroom teacher at San Antonio Elementary School. After more than a decade of teaching, she helped open Watergrass Elementary as the Assistant Principal. Her leadership journey continued at Veterans Elementary School, where she served as both Assistant Principal and Principal.

A longtime resident of Dade City, Dr. Rudolph-Fladd was honored to return to a community school as Principal of Centennial Elementary, a role she held for seven years. In 2024, she brought her passion for education and community engagement to Pasco Elementary School, where she continues to lead with dedication and heart.

Her core belief is to “Do What’s BEST for Kids” and to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Megan Kraus, Assistant Principal

Megan Kraus is proud to be serving in her second year as Assistant Principal at Pasco Elementary. A graduate of Zephyrhills High School, she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University. With 14 years of dedicated service in Pasco County Schools, Megan has held a variety of impactful roles across several campuses, including Centennial Elementary STEAM Magnet, Woodland Elementary, and as a founding team member at Sanders Memorial Elementary STEAM Magnet.

Throughout her career, Megan has taught intermediate grades and has a strong background in Exceptional Student Education (ESE). She has also served as a district science support specialist and has coached at both Centennial and Sanders STEAM Magnet schools. Her passion for innovative learning and student success continues to drive her leadership at Pasco Elementary.
