Important information regarding Arrival and Dismissal
Arrival
Students can be dropped off between 8:20 – 8:40 a.m. in the line. Only the student may exit the vehicle. After 8:40, tardy students must be escorted to the office by an adult. Vehicles may not enter the car line until 8:05 a.m.

Car Riders
- Students must remain in the car until PES staff are present in line. Parents must remain in their vehicles.
- Do NOT drop off students on Florida Ave.
Walk Up Drop‑Off
- Families must use the sidewalks to enter the campus.
- Parents may walk students to the gates but are not permitted onto campus.
Bus Riders
- Staff will meet students at the bus line. They will assist transportation staff with a safe arrival.
- Bus riders must follow the Pasco County Code of Conduct.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be available to students as they arrive. Our campus serves free breakfast to all students. Encourage your child to take advantage of this option for a great start to his or her day.
Dismissal
For early check‑outs, students must be checked out before 2:15 p.m. Any transportation changes must be made by 2:30 p.m.
Parents MUST have a Car Tag when picking up students. Vehicles may not enter the car loop until 2:30 p.m.
Car Riders
- All vehicles must have a 2025‑2026 Car Tag with student name(s) visible.
- Please enter on the south side of the school from Coleman Ave.
- Your child will be sent to a pole location (1‑4).
- Parents/guardians must remain in vehicles.
- Students still present after the Car Rider line ends will be brought to the front office to be signed out with ID or Car Tag by an adult. Minors may not pick up students.
Walk Up Pick‑Up
- Parents will meet students at the sidewalk located on Florida Ave between the bus line and the car line.
- Students will be released when the bell rings at 2:50 p.m. Students will ONLY be released to a family member holding a 2025‑2026 Walk Up Pick Up tag.
Bus Riders
- Staff will escort students to buses.
- Buses leave campus between 2:55 – 3:05 p.m.
- Parents/guardians should plan to arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes before the scheduled drop off time.
- Parents may track their child’s bus using the app Where’s the Bus found at wheresthebus.com.
Students will only be released following campus procedures with proper identification shown.
