Senior Dedication Information

To purchase a senior dedication, follow the steps below.

Class of 2027 Deadline: Friday, Jan. 1.

1. Gather pictures and write your message:

Your message should be approximately 75-150 words. See length guidelines for each ad size. The headline will be your student’s first and last name, unless otherwise requested. Gather jpegs, jpgs, or pngs. Screenshots and live photos (HEIC) are NOT permitted, as they do not reproduce well. Many questions you have will be answered below in the section called “Frequently asked questions about Photo Guidelines.” If you have any further questions, please email ccapezio@pasco.k12.fl.us.

2. Fill out the contract, upload pictures, and make your payment by the deadline. (Class of 2027 deadline 01/01/27):

Go to the website yearbookforever.com and search for River Ridge High School. Click to enter the store and select “Create a Senior ad,” after filling out the contract, upload your photos. Then you will fill out the payment information.

3. After you submit your order:

Thank you for supporting The Excalibur yearbook! Senior dedication ads take time to design, so we appreciate your patience while our staff creates each ad. Please read below for photo uploading guidelines. If there is an issue with the quality or usability of any of your submitted photos, we will contact you using the email address you provide with your order. Otherwise, your ad will be designed using the photos and text exactly as submitted. Please be sure the email address on your order is accurate.

Frequently asked questions about Photo Guidelines:

How do you want me to submit photos? Jpeg is the preferred method of photo submission.

FOR JPEGS:

The preferred method of photo submission is jpeg. Please name the jpegs according to the order of importance for inclusion on your ad. These numbers will determine photo placement and size on your ad. Jpeg quality is important, so please do not send us blurry photos or extremely small files. They will appear blurry in the yearbook. No collages, please. These do not reproduce well, as the images are too small to see. Please convert all live photos (HEIC) to jpg or jpeg before submission.
